We do not collect or store your chat history.

• We partner with Eleven Labs, a trusted third-party provider, to generate and train custom AI voices.
• Your voice recordings are securely processed through Eleven Labs' API under their Privacy Policy and are used only to create your personalized voice profile.
• You can delete your voice data and profile anytime.

4. Cookies and Analytics

5. Data Retention

• Account data – Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon your request.
• Voice recordings – Stored only while your voice profile exists. Deleted when you remove the profile or close your account.
• Analytics data – Retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

We may retain limited backup data for a reasonable period to comply with legal or operational requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

• BRYGE AI is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

• We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure access controls, and Supabase-based data storage.
• However, no online system is completely secure, and you use BRYGE AI at your own risk.

• Delete your voice profile or recordings.
